REACH is an acronym that stands for Research, Exchange, Accelerate, Commit & Heighten.
Each are summarized as follows:
Research: Obtain information, data, and background information based on a specific, measurable goal.
Exchange: Engage and fully understand who you are exchanging information with through mastering questioning and active listening skills.
Accelerate: Advance the discussion toward a mutual benefit.
Commit: Agree on alternative solutions and confirm next steps.
Heighten: Grow the relationship by implementing the solution(s) and / or actions agreed upon.
